ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Bilingual Customer Relations Representative with Misty Virgil State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and desire to help people make you a strong fit for this role.
Our Mesa office serves a busy, relationship-driven community with a strong walk-in presence and a large Spanish-speaking customer base. In this role, you will help customers navigate their insurance needs, support retention efforts, and identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships through meaningful service and sales conversations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Build strong relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking customers
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Assist with customer retention strategies and policy reviews
- Coordinate with other agency team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support sales conversations by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products
- Provide a welcoming experience for walk-in customers and phone inquiries
- Help contribute to a positive, team-first office culture
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Sales-minded with a desire to help customers protect what matters most
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, highly collaborative office
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain
Competitive Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 - Hourly wage plus performance-based commissions and bonuses
